Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Roundplan (“the Site”) is operated by Roundplan (“we”, “us”). For the purposes of the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, we are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. 2. What we process and why

Technical data when you visit. When you load a page, our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested and the time of the request. This is needed to deliver the Site and keep it secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a working and secure website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). These logs are kept only for a limited period set by Vercel.

Visit statistics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand which pages are used. It records details such as the page visited, the referring site, the country, and the browser and device type, and shows them to us only as totals. It does not use cookies, and we cannot identify you from it. Legal basis: legitimate interests.

Saved plans. When you save a plan, the list is kept in your browser’s local storage on your own device. It is never sent to us, and we cannot see it. You can remove it at any time by unsaving plans or clearing this site’s data in your browser.

Tactic suggestions. The “Suggest a tactic” link opens a form hosted by Google Forms. What you enter there is processed by Google and shared with us so we can review your suggestion. Please do not include personal information you do not want to share. Google’s own privacy policy applies to your use of the form. Legal basis: your consent, given by submitting the form. You can withdraw it by asking us to delete your submission.

Emails. If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply, and keep them only as long as that takes. Legal basis: legitimate interests.

3. What we do not do

• Set cookies or use tracking pixels.
• Show advertising or build advertising profiles.
• Sell, rent or share personal data for marketing.
• Make automated decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.

4. Service providers and international transfers

We rely on Vercel Inc. for hosting and analytics, and on Google LLC for Google Forms and email. These providers may process data outside Ukraine, the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, including in the United States. Where the law requires it, such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards used by these providers, such as the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

5. How long we keep data

• Hosting logs: for the limited period set by our hosting provider.
• Visit statistics: only as aggregated totals, with no individual profiles.
• Suggestions and emails: as long as needed to review or answer them, and deleted on request.
• Saved plans: on your device, until you remove them.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time. We hold very little data and cannot link logs or statistics to a named person, so we may ask for details that help us find what relates to you. To use any of these rights, email brikedevelopment@gmail.com. We will reply within one month.

You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority: in the EU or the UK, the authority in the country where you live; in Ukraine, the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.

7. Children

The Site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us personal data, for example through the suggestion form, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

The Site is served only over HTTPS, and we keep the data we handle to the minimum described in this policy.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change how the Site handles data, we will update this policy and the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will say so here.
