1. About these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Roundplan (“the Site”), operated by Roundplan (“we”, “us”). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

2. The service

The Site offers free round plans and related information for Counter-Strike 2, for general information and entertainment. We may add, change, suspend or remove any part of the Site at any time, without notice.

3. Who can use the Site

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use it with the permission of a parent or guardian.

4. No affiliation with Valve

The Site is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or approved by Valve Corporation. Counter-Strike, Counter-Strike 2, CS2, map names and related marks and logos are trademarks of Valve Corporation, used here only to identify the game.

5. Playing fair

Plans describe ordinary in-game strategy. You are responsible for following the rules of the game, of Steam, and of any platform or tournament you play on. Do not use anything from the Site to cheat or to break those rules.

6. Our content

The text of the plans, the way they are structured, and the design of the Site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, share links to it, and use a plan’s call in your own games.

You may not copy, republish or sell the Site’s content, or extract it systematically — including by scraping or other automated means, or to build datasets or a competing service — without our written permission.

7. Suggestions you send us

If you send us a suggestion, through the form or in any other way, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not contain other people’s personal data or material you do not own. You give us a free, non-exclusive, worldwide and perpetual licence to use, adapt and publish it. We are not obliged to use it, credit it or pay for it.

8. Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• interfere with or disrupt the Site or the infrastructure it runs on;
• try to bypass security measures or access parts of the Site not meant for you;
• send excessive automated requests;
• upload or transmit malware or other harmful code;
• use the Site for anything unlawful.

9. Links to other services

The Site links to services we do not control, such as Discord, YouTube, TikTok and Google Forms. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

10. No warranty

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep plans accurate, but game updates, map changes and the way a round actually unfolds mean we cannot promise that any plan is accurate, up to date, or will win you a round. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost matches, rank, items or data, arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep using the Site after a change, the updated terms apply to you.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, and disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Ukraine. If you use the Site as a consumer and live in another country, this does not take away the protection given to you by the mandatory laws of that country, or any right you have to bring a claim there.
