On your ownNobody with you: don't go in. Sit inside Short with Market in your crosshair and wait for the anchor to come look at the molly. Kill them and go plant. If nobody shows, stay in Short and hold Market - anything rotating from spawn walks past you.

Line up on the corner of the T mid wall. Jump-throw. If it lands short you crossed too early - wait for the bloom, not the throw.

Cross to Short behind a Window smoke and come into B from the side, while three teammates hit Apps and a Market smoke shuts out the CT rotation.

Type "2 mid to b + 3 apps" in chat before the round. That's all the coordination it needs.
Two teammates go A anyway? Let them. Mid control helps their hit, and you still get your Short control.
Lost the round? This is cheap to run again: two smokes, one molly, one flash. Mid control opens up the whole map.
